Dedicated Relationship Managers for Merchants

To deepen merchant engagement and enhance operational support, we have introduced the ability to assign dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs) to individual merchant accounts. This feature empowers organizations to personalize support, improve response times, and drive stronger business relationships.

With each merchant now having a clearly defined point of contact, teams can deliver consistent service, build trust more effectively, and streamline day-to-day operations across large merchant portfolios.

What’s New:

  • Relationship Manager Assignment: Easily link a specific RM to each merchant account for clear ownership and accountability.
  • Quick Access to RM Details: RM information is now visible directly in the merchant overview for faster coordination.
  • Flexible RM Reassignment: Seamlessly reassign RMs to adapt to organizational changes or evolving merchant needs.
  • Scalable for Enterprise Use: Support high-volume merchant operations with structured, multi-RM management.

Why It Matters:

  • Improved Merchant Satisfaction: Personalized, consistent communication builds trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Faster Support Resolution: Merchants always know who to reach-minimizing delays and miscommunication.
  • Enhanced Operational Clarity: Defined roles and responsibilities eliminate ambiguity and improve team coordination.
  • Efficient Growth Management: Scale merchant engagement without losing visibility or accountability.

Strengthen Pricing Accuracy with Maker‑Checker Validation

We have introduced a dual-role Maker‑Checker workflow for rate quotations—bringing stronger governance, transparency, and accuracy to your pricing process. Integrated directly with the Rate Estimator, this structured approval mechanism ensures that all shipment quotations undergo a thorough review before any rate card is activated.

Ideal for businesses managing multiple stakeholders or merchant relationships, the workflow introduces role-based control to minimize errors and enforce internal pricing protocols.

What’s New:

  • Two-Step Validation (Maker-Checker): Assign one user to generate rate quotations (Maker) and another to review and approve them (Checker) before finalizing pricing.
  • Centralized Quotation Dashboard: Track progress with a streamlined view of pending and completed quotations, with powerful filters by date, rate card, and more.
  • Controlled Rate Card Activation: Rate cards remain inactive until all quotations tied to them are formally approved—ensuring clean handoffs and pricing precision.
  • Retry Mechanism: Makers can revise and resubmit rejected quotations without starting over, improving efficiency and reducing rework.

Why It Matters:

  • Higher Pricing Accuracy: Prevents accidental pricing errors by introducing mandatory dual-role verification.
  • Enhanced Compliance & Oversight: Builds in traceability and accountability with role-based actions and approvals.
  • Better Internal Governance: Especially valuable for 3PLs and pricing teams coordinating with multiple clients or business units.
