Delivery agents can now access multi-unit buildings and gated communities with a single click using Amazon Key, eliminating the need to contact customers or security personnel. By leveraging Amazon Key devices installed at building entrances, drivers can seamlessly enter secure delivery locations — reducing wait times and improving on-time performance.

Multi-day trip management is now improved, providing clear differentiation from single-day trips that start and finish on the same day. For multi-day trips, the system now integrates the day field on the timeline. This field is used to clearly separate and segregate individual days, such as Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3, within a single trip. This enhancement provides dispatchers with a clearer understanding of the trip's progression over multiple days.

Reporting capabilities have been enhanced with three new reports built on the standard entity architecture, offering improved visibility and deeper operational insights. These reports simplify analysis and enable more accurate tracking of consignments and shipments across the delivery lifecycle.

• Consignment Report: Provides a detailed view of all consignments, helping teams monitor movement, identify delays, and analyse performance across different delivery stages.
• Shipment Report:  Delivers actionable insights into shipment activities, supporting better logistics planning and improved operational efficiency.
• Consignment with Shipment Report: Combines data from consignments and shipments into a single, unified view, enabling end-to-end visibility and helping teams understand the relationship between shipments and their associated consignments for more informed decision-making.

The routing system now matches driver skills with route tags to suggest the most suitable field executives for specialised routes. Each driver can save multiple skills, and the system uses this information to recommend the best fit for each route.

Dispatchers can easily identify suggested drivers in the interface, making assignment faster and more accurate. This ensures smarter resource use better service quality, and provides at least one driver recommendation per route whenever possible.
