Introducing a dedicated screen for Planned vs. Actual Deviations on the Driver Debrief Control Tower. This screen provides a comprehensive view of key performance metrics, such as distance, Stops Per Hour (SPH), and route durations, allowing you to compare actual outcomes with planned targets. With real-time insights, this screen helps identify deviations and improve decision-making and continuous improvement, therefore driving better operational outcomes.

Introducing Dual Scan at trip closure to enhance shipment compliance by reducing return errors and mitigating risks of package tampering and theft. Each item is tagged with a unique packet ID that is linked to the AWB during the first scan. By requiring both the AWB and packet ID to be scanned together, this feature ensures that returned items align with those originally dispatched, minimising errors and preventing discrepancies.

• Improved Shipment Completeness or Integrity: Floor Supervisors scan both the outgoing and the returned shipments, ensuring precise tracking of each shipment during the return.
• Configurable Scan Limits: Set limits on the number of scans permitted per item to preserve the integrity of the scanning process and avoid confusion.
• Seamless Integration: Fully compatible with existing barcode and QR code scanning technology, ensuring smooth operations.

Dispatchers now have more flexibility in adding new Shipments to existing routes with the Add to Best Route option. This enhancement allows manual selection of the most suitable route for the new Shipment, improving route efficiency and ensuring optimal Shipment distribution. If no manual selection is made, the Shipment will be automatically added to the latest routing instance, maintaining a streamlined process.

• Increased Control Over Route Planning: Dispatchers can select the best route for each new Shipment, enhancing route optimization and reducing delays.
• Seamless Workflow with Skip Option: The Skip button allows dispatchers to bypass manual selection and automatically assign the Shipment to the latest routing instance, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Revised Button Layout: The Start Trip button is now positioned on the right, while the Optimise Route button is placed on the left for intuitive navigation.
• Automatic Route Adjustment: If enabled, the system ensures a smoother experience by automatically optimising routes when not done manually by the driver. 

Introducing rate-based routing via carrier allocation that leverages rule-based checks to ensure carrier selection aligns with business constraints like weight limits, operating days, and service agreements. Incorporating these constraints, it helps streamline carrier selection, optimise delivery costs, and improve operational efficiency.
