Maximum operational efficiency and planning accuracy are now available for Big & Bulky (BnB) routing. The system ensures the Maximum Loading Time setting is fully respected while the Loading Dock Staggering Optimization feature is active. This functionality guarantees that all calculated load times remain within necessary, defined limits, giving planners crucial operational control to manage resource utilisation accurately. As a result, businesses benefit from highly accurate driver payroll calculations and improved route efficiency for all large-item deliveries.

Field executives can now resequence and adjust their active delivery trips directly within the mobile app while using in-app routing, using a simple drag-and-drop feature for faster route adjustments. This enhancement is critical because drivers possess dynamic, real-time field data, such as customers requesting revised delivery slots or changes in the number of orders to be picked up. By enabling drivers to make a conscious decision to replan their route, the system recalculates and updates Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) and shares the new sequence with the Control Tower (FMCT), thereby increasing operational flexibility, accommodating customer needs, and maintaining accurate tracking visibility.

In addition to web-based routing, In-App Routing now supports configurable options to define how a route should end in the mobile app. Dispatchers can configure from three routing preferences—Optimal Point (default), Farthest Location, or Return to Hub (starting location)—to align with their operational needs and ensure more accurate trip completion with improved route efficiency.

Drivers can now quickly edit data fields on the Waiver Form summary view used during delivery completion. This flexibility is introduced through a configuration that makes certain field types editable, with all attributes initially displayed as open and expanded for quick review. The ability to edit is essential for making on-the-spot corrections and improving data accuracy before finalising records. This feature is now implemented, with future enhancements planned based on live customer feedback from proofs of concept (POCs).

Customer Interaction (CI) templates and configurations can now be customized at the consignment order level based on state. This enhancement enables more contextual and personalized communication, ensuring that messages dynamically adapt to each order’s real-time status.
