Enhanced Shipment Accuracy and Security with Dual Scan

Introducing the Dual Scan feature to address issues such as incorrect product deliveries and high RTO returns and ensure a more secure and reliable shipment delivery. With this feature, each item is assigned a unique packet ID, which is mapped to the AWB upon the initial scan. By mandating that both the AWB and packet ID be scanned together at key touchpoints, along with images of the actual package, it safeguards shipments against tampering, mishandling and theft, therefore reducing errors and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Enhanced Shipment Accuracy and Security with Dual Scan

Highlights:

  • Improved Shipment Accuracy: Drivers scan both the AWB number and the Unique ID to ensure accurate tracking of each shipment at every stage of the delivery journey.
  • Enhanced Security with Mandatory Image Capture: Drivers capture photos of shipments during the scanning process, further securing the delivery and offering visual evidence for verification and audit.
  • Configurable Scan Limits: Provision to set a limit on the number of scans allowed for each item to maintain the integrity of the scanning process and prevent confusion.
  • Manual Entry Restrictions: After an unsuccessful scan attempt, the system restricts the driver from manually entering the AWB or the Unique ID. This ensures that only valid scans are processed, reducing errors and enhancing overall shipment accuracy.

Key benefits

  • Prevention of Package Tampering: By cross-checking the AWB and Unique ID, the system ensures that the correct item remains in the package, preventing fraudulent swaps or theft.
  • Reduced Revenue Losses: The system mitigates revenue leakage by preventing shipment tampering and ensuring that the correct package is always processed.
  • Improved Customer Experience: By minimizing shipment errors and ensuring prompt, accurate deliveries, customer satisfaction and retention are significantly improved.
  • Streamlined Operations: The dual scan process integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, reducing errors and improving delivery efficiency.

All-New Driver Tracking Map for Better Operational Control

The driver tracking interface has been revamped to deliver a more intuitive and informative experience on a single screen. Integrated with the Control Tower, the new live driver tracking screen provides a comprehensive view of order delivery, order status, driver location, and the driver’s route on a map. The planned route is shown in white, while the actual path taken is highlighted in green, allowing easy monitoring of deviations for optimizing delivery performance. Additionally, driver-wise exception tracking is now included for enhanced operational insights.

Highlights:

  • Live Driver Monitoring: Clear, real-time tracking of drivers' movements, enabling better management and timely decision-making.
  • Driver-Specific Exception Tracking: View and address delivery exceptions on a per-driver basis, improving accountability and operational control.
  • Route Deviation Insights: Visualize discrepancies between planned and actual routes, enhancing route efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Enhanced Visibility of Delivery Status: Real-time data on successful tasks, pending tasks, and failed tasks, ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently.

Streamlined Trip Management with Advanced Search and Filters

  • Expanded Search Capability: Users can now search for trips using the Route ID, in addition to the existing options of Trip ID, Driver Name, or Reference Number, enhancing the ability to locate specific trips quickly.
  • New TSP Filter: A new filter has been added to the trip pages, enabling users to filter trips based on service providers, streamlining trip management and improving overall operational efficiency.

Improved Customer Experience with Multi-Return

The customer portal now features a multi-return capability, enabling end customers to return multiple items from different orders at once. This enhancement streamlines the returns process, making it easier for end customers to manage their returns efficiently. With enhanced tracking capabilities, the end customers can now monitor their return statuses all in one place, significantly improving their overall experience and satisfaction.

Highlights

  • Consolidated Returns: End customers can select multiple items for return on a single page, eliminating the need for separate return requests and reducing time spent on returns.
  • Order-Specific Selection: For orders containing multiple items, end customers can easily choose specific items to return, providing greater flexibility and convenience.
  • Centralized Tracking Portal: The improved tracking portal allows end customers to monitor all returns on a single screen, making it simpler to stay informed about their return statuses.
