The invoice reconciliation platform offers an integrated digital solution to manage post-delivery financial transactions efficiently. This platform simplifies the reconciliation process by providing a centralized, structured solution to compare and validate invoices against the claimed charges. It ensures accuracy, transparency, and better financial control, enabling businesses to optimize their reconciliation workflows and make informed financial decisions.

1. Comprehensive Overview: Displays critical invoice data such as invoice dates, booking dates, origins, destinations, credit amounts, difference amounts, and statuses directly on the platform for easy access.

Streamlined Invoice Reconciliation: Simplifies the reconciliation process by automating the validation of carrier invoices against claimed rates, significantly reducing the errors, time, and effort spent on manual tasks. 3. Detailed Shipment Breakdown: View shipment-wise charge details by selecting an invoice. A pop-up displays a comprehensive breakdown of charges, enabling precise verification at the shipment level.

   Streamlined process to enhance efficiency, allowing shippers and carriers to manage disputes with invoices seamlessly. Shippers can raise disputes, approve, or reject invoices, while carriers can request additional details and accept or reject disputes.
5. Segregated Views: Offers categorized tabs for Pending Invoices, Reassessment Invoices, and Completed Invoices to streamline navigation and focus on actionable items.

The Vehicle Configuration interface has been completely redesigned to provide users with a more intuitive and efficient setup experience. The new dedicated screen replaces the previous pop-up, offering ample space to configure vehicle details without the need for horizontal scrolling. In addition, the vehicle configuration button is now available on the Intelligent Dispatch page and the Hyperlocal Control Tower, streamlining the configuration process across different platforms.

A dedicated button on the Route assignment screen to bypass all constraints, such as vehicle capacity, tag mismatches, or time restrictions, when moving orders between routes. This enhancement allows for quicker decision-making by ignoring these constraints and forcefully assigning orders with a single action, improving flexibility and operational efficiency.

A new option has been added to calculate service time for multiple orders at the same stop by summing the individual service times. This new method provides an alternative to the previous fixed increment approach, offering flexibility in how service time is calculated based on specific needs. Both methods are now available for use, optimizing scheduling and operational efficiency.

Seamless Order Movement Between Carriers: Orders can now be moved between routes, regardless of the carrier type, allowing for seamless transfer from managed to gig carriers, or vice versa. In managed carriers, orders are displayed sequentially, while in gig carriers, reference numbers are shown instead of a sequence, ensuring efficient handling across both types of carriers.

Enhanced Rate Calculation for Greater Flexibility: Optimized rate card to support faster, more accurate pricing by factoring in a broader range of parameters. By handling exceptional conditions and providing adaptable pricing for different scenarios, this improvement enables faster and more efficient rate calculations. 

Export Cost Details: Cost details can now be exported to CSV and API along with routing details, streamlining data management and ensuring easy access to financial information.

Gig drivers can now view their trip earnings and customer tips separately on the Earnings screen, offering greater transparency and a detailed breakdown of their income. With the addition of a dedicated column for tips in the date-wise earnings table, drivers can easily track their daily tip earnings over a selected date range and gain better insights into their overall earnings. This enhancement strengthens driver confidence, promoting trust in the platform and supporting efforts to attract more drivers.
