To give dispatchers and planners instant visibility into key shipment details, a dedicated Summary tab has been added to every consignment’s detail view. Users can quickly access consolidated metrics such as weight, volume, and SKU details in one central location. This enhancement streamlines order reviews and enables faster, more informed decisions directly from the Consignment Order module.

To simplify facility audits, the mobile app introduces a new module for inventory cycle counting that gives floor supervisors complete inventory visibility on a single screen. Supervisors can seamlessly track Unallocated, Stored, and Loaded shipments without switching modules and instantly spot damaged or missing items. This enhancement significantly speeds up and improves the accuracy of daily inventory management by providing a guided location-scanning workflow, real-time alerts for misplaced parcels, and the ability to capture notes on the go.

To streamline complex rate assignment processes and improve overall system efficiency, the Rate Card Configuration module introduces a completely revamped and intuitive user interface. Users can now effortlessly apply billing configurations and additional charges directly to explicit zone names. Furthermore, the system automatically generates all necessary permutations for origin and destination combinations, enabling fast and accurate single-assignment logic. Coupled with the ability to add unlimited custom billing zone filters and the introduction of 'quantity' as a new strategy parameter for item-based charging, this highly optimised update empowers teams to configure flexible, granular pricing with exceptional ease.

Dispatchers can now manually close orders as "Completed," "Failed," or "Completed Partially" directly from the Consignment Order and Pending for Planning (PFP) pages at any time, even before a driver is assigned. You can update single or multiple orders at once. Easily enter the mandatory ATD (Actual Time of Departure), capture required proofs, and log failure reasons. Once confirmed, the system automatically removes the order from active trips, updates the driver app status to 'Completed', and maintains a clear record—ensuring your operations run smoothly and efficiently.
