Introduction
Our California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA” or “Act”) specific Privacy Policy supplements the information and disclosures already contained in our Privacy Policy and it strives to comply with the Act
This CCPA Privacy Policy applies solely to visitors and users of our website who reside in the State of California and from whom we have collected Personal Information as defined under the Act.
We do not sell your personal information. We confirm that any personal information we collect is not sold to any third party.
Biometric information processed by FarEye as a service provider to its enterprise customers is not sold or shared and is used only as described in Section 3A (Biometric Data Processing) of our Privacy Policy.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect & Disclose for our Business Purpose
In addition to specific disclosure of nature of information we collect and its end-use, we have categorised the Personal information that we have collected from the users in preceding 12 months in the following categories as defined under CCPA. The examples of Personal Information provided for each category are taken from the CCPA and are included to help you understand what the categories mean. We do collect information under certain broad categories as mentioned in the table below and more information about our specific practices can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights under the Act
As a resident under CCPA, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know – You may submit a verifiable request for your Personal Information that we have collected and disclosed over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, as well as the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the purpose for collecting such information, the categories of third parties with whom we share such information, and information about our sale or disclosure for business purposes of your personal information to third parties.
- Right to Delete – You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (including any legal restrictions, if any). Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
- Right to Non-Discrimination – You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
- Shine the Light. We do not rent, sell, or share your Personal Information with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes, unless we have your permission.
Where FarEye processes biometric information as a service provider to an enterprise customer, requests should be submitted to that customer in the first instance, as described in Section 3A.10 of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this CCPA Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this CCPA Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated CCPA Privacy Policy on our website and update the effective date. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We will respond to your access request within a reasonable time of 30 days from the date of request.
