To help you spot delays early and keep deliveries on schedule, the Control Tower now features a dedicated Orders at Risk tab. This view uses a predictive model to compare the Projected Time of Arrival (PTA) against the scheduled delivery slot, automatically flagging shipments that cross your set delay limits. Dispatchers can now pre-emptively identify orders with a high probability of delay, such as when the PTA is later than the delivery slot, and access downloadable reports, enabling data-driven decisions and actions to prevent service breaches.

To secure mid-mile handovers and prevent dispatch errors, the scanning module now supports advanced search within pallets and bags. Users can scan any single order contained within a consolidated load to instantly retrieve and display the full Trip and Load Manifest details. This functionality allows Hub Personnel to validate the entire pallet's destination and status before dispatch, ensuring that only the correct, scheduled loads are released from the hub without manual manifest checks.

To ensure operational accuracy for extended trips, In-App Routing now fully supports Multi-Day Routes. The system is now optimised to correctly validate delivery slots across multiple dates. This enhancement guarantees that field executives managing multi-day itineraries view precise job statuses, eliminating false alerts and ensuring smooth trip execution.

To eliminate fake deliveries and ensure 100% verification coverage even for RTO shipments or other types of consignments that lack mobile numbers, the system now supports Email OTP. This enhancement ensures that if a mobile number is unavailable in consignment data, the OTP is securely sent to the customer's email address mapped against this delivery. This validation step ensures that every handover is authenticated and legitimate.

To maximise driver efficiency and significantly reduce screen interactions, the Mobile app Clubbed View now features automated status updates. In scenarios with a single mandatory next step (e.g., Out for delivery, Reached at location), the system auto-selects the next status, eliminating manual input. Additionally, selecting orders now instantly triggers the status list, bypassing the redundant "Update All Selected" button. This enhancement streamlines field workflows, allowing drivers to update job statuses faster and with fewer clicks.

Furthermore, vehicle visibility is determined by its roster count. Once the limit is reached, the vehicle disappears from the current request and is hidden from subsequent requests, ensuring absolute adherence to fleet capacity.
