The partnership aims to accelerate FAST’s digital modernization, improve delivery performance, reduce operational costs, and raise customer experience across its national network.

Manila, Philippines: FAST Logistics Group, one of the Philippines’ largest and most established end-to-end logistics and supply chain companies, has partnered with FarEye, the global leader in Last-Mile Delivery, to modernize its delivery operations and bring faster, more reliable service to businesses and consumers across the country.

For more than 50 years, FAST has played a central role in keeping the country’s supply chain moving, managing over one million deliveries annually. In August 2025 alone, the company recorded a 95% success rate, and maintained 86% on-time performance. Increasing shipment volume and rising customer expectations require a modernized system that can accelerate innovation, clear development backlogs, and ultimately improve both customer experience and cost-to-serve.

To change this, FAST is moving from custom-built and development-heavy platforms to FarEye’s configuration-led Delivery Intelligence layer that is designed to help large logistics organizations adapt quickly, reduce technical debt, and operate with greater predictability.

“FAST has always believed that exceptional logistics begins with exceptional customer experience,” said Manuel Onrejas Jr., CEO of FAST Logistics Group. “To meet the pace at which our customers are evolving, we need technology that lets us innovate faster and operate with greater reliability. FarEye brings that agility.”

With FarEye, FAST will be able to launch new capabilities in weeks instead of months, reduce reliance on custom code, and give its teams real-time visibility across hubs, drivers, and end customers. The company expects improvements in SLA performance, delivery accuracy, and operational costs tied to manual work and fragmented data.

FAST’s technology leadership sees the partnership as essential to its long-term scale.

“Our legacy systems served us well, but the future requires a platform that adapts quickly and scales without friction,” said Leonardo Sacamos Jr., CIO of FAST Logistics Group. “FarEye lets us configure new workflows instead of building them from scratch every time. It reduces technical debt and helps our teams make faster, better decisions.”

FarEye’s delivery intelligence will also help FAST capture and improve critical KPIs including delivery failure reasons, driver productivity, hub performance, and customer satisfaction, many of which are currently tracked manually or not at all. As the platform scales, FAST aims to reduce failure rates, cut multiple delivery attempts, increase driver active time, and make customer experience a measurable competitive advantage.

For FarEye, partnering with an institution like FAST reflects a broader shift taking place across Southeast Asia.

“FAST plays a pivotal role in the movement of goods across the Philippines, one of the region’s most complex and diverse logistics landscapes,” said Gautam Kumar, Co-Founder & COO of FarEye. “Across Southeast Asia, delivery networks are becoming more dynamic, increasingly fragmented, and more customer-driven. We’re happy to help FAST bring intelligence to this scale and complexity, so they can respond faster, operate with greater predictability, and build a modern logistics foundation for the next decade.”

As both teams begin the design and rollout phases, the shared goal is clear: build a modern logistics engine that improves speed, strengthens customer experience, and supports the next decade of growth for Philippine enterprises.
